“Self Training on Collaborative Learning Scenaries”

To promote an “Europe of Knowledge”, is the main intent of Leonardo da Vinci Program, which contributes to the consolidation of an European cooperation background on education and training.

In accordance with this Knowledge Management Philosophy, Sintesi is currently working on development of COLABORA Project, promoted by CREA (Confederaciòn de Empresarios de Aragòn - Spain), with the co-financing of European Commission, within Leonardo da Vinci Program.

Other partners of the project are: Consiliul National al Intreprinderilor Private Mici si Mijlocii din Romania (CNIPMMR) Romania and Knowsley Community College (KCC) UK.

This proposal aims to design and implement a multilingual knowledge’s portal in Internet, for the self-training of European Sme´s professionals into a collaborative learning scenery, through exchange and acquisition of new knowledge and best practices coming from the different product and enterprise sectors of partner’s countries.

So, COLABORA as an informal context of learning through observation and exchange of best experiences and methods.

The project will last for 24 months and will end in October 2004.
